Breakfast

We would like you to select your cooked breakfast and time the evening before so that we are able to freshly prepare your breakfast for your requested time.

Breakfast is served in the Dining Room normally either between 7:30 and 8:30 or between 08:00 and 09:00 depending upon the time of year. Alternative reasonable times can usually be accommodated on request.

Juice, grapefruit, fruit, cereals, tea/coffe and white/brown toast will be available.

You will normally be able to select from the following items:

Porridge
Eggs: Fried, poached, scrambled
Bacon
Stornoway Black Pudding
Stornoway White Pudding
Sausage
Mushrooms
Tomato
Baked Beans

Or if you want to keep it simple:

Poached eggs on toast
Boiled eggs and toast
Scrambled eggs on toast

Packed lunch

We can provide a selection of items for packed lunches on request; please let us know your requirements during the evening of your stay.

Evening Meals

There are many good places to eat in the evenings, either locally or further afield.

Locally we have the Stein Inn (the oldest Inn on Skye) and the Loch Bay Seafood Restaurant, both near by in Stein. Both of these places are VERY popular and we would recommend that you book a table to ensure that you can be accommodated.

There are also a number of places to eat in and around Dunvegan, including the famous Three Chimneys, and also a number in Portree.
