Tariff & Booking Conditions
Opening Times:
We are open from April / Easter to October, but with a little advanced notice we can welcome you at any time of the year.
2012 Tariffs: January to July and September to December:
(prices per person per night for bed & breakfast)
Two people sharing a room, 1 or 2 nights: £28 to £32
Two people sharing a room, 3 or more nights: £26 to £30
One person, single occupancy, 1 or 2 nights: £38 to £42
One person, single occupancy, 3 or more nights: £36 to £40
2012 Tariffs: August (Peak Season): £65 per room per night for bed & breakfast (no more than 2 people per room)
Wi Fi access: Available to our visitors free of charge.
Deposit:
We do not ask you for a deposit, but if you have not arrived or contacted us before 18:00 on the first day of your booking, we will assume that you are not coming and will attempt to re-let your room(s).
Cancellations:
Please let us know as soon as possible if you wish to cancel you're booking so that we can attempt to re-let your room(s).
Arrivals:
Your room(s) will be available from 16:00 on the day of your arrival but we would appreciate notification if you expect to arrive later than 18:00.
Departures:
Please aim to leave by 10:00 on the morning of your departure.
Payment:
Please note that payment for your stay is due on the morning of your departure.
We will only be able to accept cash sterling for this payment. Please note that the nearest cash point machine is located in Dunvegan (7 miles away) but is not open on Sunday.
